Loading the Account

1. In the Customers or Devices tab – use the search function to locate the user’s account.

2. Click the Edit button at the right of the listing.

3. All current devices will be listed under the Devices tab at the top.
4. Press the Edit button to the right of the correct device.

Users With Multiple Devices

Identify the account by getting the filtering username on the device.

  • Android: Get the fitering Username from inside the GenTech filter app on the device.
  • iOS: Get the filtering Username from inside the GenTech app on the device.
  • IC: Get the filtering Username from the Profile tab inside the GenTech filtering program on the computer.
