New Device Setup

New or Existing Customer?

  1. Inside the Customers tab, use the search field to determine if there already is an existing account for this customer.
  2.  New Customers: Proceed to Signup Links section below.
  3.  Present Customers: Click the blue Modify button to the right of the listing.
  4. Select the Devices tab at the top.
  5. Click the proper Add New Device Button at the right.
    Android only: choose correct version and mode.
  6. If needed, select the Settings tab along the top and enter a new profile username and password.
  7. Press both – the blue Save User button, then the green Save and Config User button. Both are necessary.

The new device is now created. Proceed to CRM Setup.
