For Amazon Drive App to work properly, you need the Amazon Kindle App to be allowed

sc stop mainic
sc stop dispatcheric
sc stop watchdogic

Check-box settings for troubleshooting under Settings Tab:
Allow ADB (USB debugging)

Allow install apps from Unknown sources

Allow the user to change credentials

MDM Not Working

  1. Power save mode
  2. Did knox activate
  3. Was device rooted
  4. Does device have another Admin
  5. Cert is installed
